Goddess Mandala - Bohemian Spirit Collective

I am currently way too obsessed with this Mandala which I use as a wall hanging in my bedroom. It has transormed my room and gives it that relaxed, bohemian, summer vibe.

Dream Catcher - Loot

This is the cutest little dream catcher I have ever stumbled across and when I saw it I knew I had to have it.

Mim Pouch - Mimco

This pouch is perfect for keeping the necessities in it! It's small and compact, but not too small and still can fit a lot in it!

Turquise Bag - Kcloset

This bag is so beautiful, however you have to be very careful with it because the beading easily falls off!

Chocolate Bar Palette - Too Faced

This palette is amazing, all of the shades a very pigmented, soft, creamy and buttery!

Strappy Heels - Betts

The first few times wearing these shoes out will cut and blister your feet, so be prepared with bandaids and blister pads. However once worn in they are very comfortable and look amazing!

Stunner Skirt - Bardot

This midi skirt also has rouching down both sides of the skirt giving of that Kim Kardashian vibe.

These are all just a few things that I have been loving, admiring and using very often throughout the month of March.

Flat Lay Photo Shoot (Behind The Scenes)

Started the day of with some deliciously over priced avo on toast, from a nearby cafè.

Prep area.

The set up.

I started by laying out my largest peices of clothing and went from there.

Once I was happy with how my large peices of clothing were placed, I began to fill in the empty space with accessories.

The second image the flat lay that I created, which is inspired by The Iconic and Miranda Kerr's style.

The photo shoot was held at Black Smith Studios Located at 17 Ella Street, Newstead, Brisbane, 4006. Our photographer for the day was Jessie Smith who was exeptionaly helpful and gave us so many tips and tricks on how to create the perfect flat lay. This was our first assignment for the term and for many of us this was our first photo shoot. It was an awesome experience and we have many more shoots to come.

Triangl bikini dupe

After seeing the pricey bikinis on triangl.com as much as I loved them I wasn't willing to pay the price for them considering I only wanted to buy the top and not the bottoms and wasn't going to pay $86 Australian dollars on a top that I would wear and some bikini bottoms that I wouldn't wear. Fortunantly enough I stumbled across this website called aliexpress.com and on there I found an exact dupe for the neoprene, mesh triangl bikini. These bikinis were only $24.99 US dollars and took roughly 10 days to arrive at my door step. The brand of these bikinis are called brakinis and are amazing quality. I ordered a medium because of my cup size however I knew the straps would be too long. So I got my sister to take in the band by taking my measurements and sowing it in the middle and cutting of the excess and for the straps she crossed them over and sowed them together near the top of my back.

In the photo above you are able to see where my sister crossed over the straps and sowed them together. By doing this is made the staps tighter around my back and shoulders and ensured that the cups of the bikini top did not gape over my boobs.

This stitching at the back shows how my sister tightened the strap by sowing it on the inside and the cutting of the excess and then sowing over it again to make sure that it does not fray.

I really recomend these bikinis because my sister has the real ones and I have compared them and I can not tell the difference at all, even with the stitching and material!

My Undercut

I wanted to post about my undercut because i think its bloody awesome and im obsessed with it!

So last friday my boyfriend who is a barber was just going to give my hair a trim, but after he trimmed it I made the impulsive decision to cut my hair to shoulder length and after quickly scanning google of other people with undercuts (mainly Kylie Jenner) i made the spontanious decion to shave my head! With the help of his mum in the background saying "Just do it!" I thought why not haha and my boyfriend shaved my head!

So above is a picture of my undercut and I am so inlove with it! (If you cant tell already...) However at school I unfortunantly cannot wear my hair up and show it of but whenever im not at school I love wearing it up in a high bun (with a sock bun) showing it of to the world! I really want to take it up higher as well so i might get that done next time it needs to be shaved!

Introducing Myself

This is my first blog post and i just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

My name is Eve and I am 17, live in Australia and am currently in grade 12 with 23 days to go until i graduate! After that i will then be going to schoolies which is a week of partying on the Gold Coast in Australia which is a celebration for year 12 graduates.

I wanted to create a blog simply to make posts about fashion, makeup and traveling. I plan on posting pictures of my outfits, my makeup, things I want and places that I will travel to, (like small day trips and when i go to hawaii in December!) I also am planning on creating a youtube channel and posting videos early next year!

Considering I have a job at woolworths and I am a student hoping to go to University next year and study interior design (or any design course I can get into) I don't have an endless supply of money so everything that you see on here will be affordable!
